Ultimately, we hired sewerheroes given all the positive reviews. A bit skeptical at first I must admit. But boy was I glad I hired them. Joey was able to move some things around and sent someone out within a day. While other companies I called would take 1 week. Jared showed up and was extremely polite, professional, informative and most of all patient. I had a lot of questions and he answered them without me feeling like I’m taking up too much of his time. He even drew a rough sketch of what the pipes look like. He took his time to show me on the monitor what the issue was, identified the problem areas and suggested how to prevent this from happening again.
