Ultimately, we hired sewerheroes given all the positive reviews. A bit skeptical at first I must admit. But boy was I glad I hired them. Joey was able to move some things around and sent someone out within a day. While other companies I called would take 1 week. Jared showed up and was extremely polite, professional, informative and most of all patient. I had a lot of questions and he answered them without me feeling like I’m taking up too much of his time. He even drew a rough sketch of what the pipes look like. He took his time to show me on the monitor what the issue was, identified the problem areas and suggested how to prevent this from happening again. Had a plumber in previously to snake the drain but he could not get past a certain point and suspected a broken pipe however... read more he did not have a camera small enough to go into an 1 1/2" drain. Heard about Sewer Heroes on facebook and they were here the day after I made the phone call. They had the right size camera and made quick work of the inspection. Guys I cannot stress this enough! If you have a problem with a drain call these guys they are drain specialists! I ended up having to pay a plumber when these guys should have been my first call.
