Joey was great. We had a sewer backup, Joey gave us a timeframe, got held up by rush hour traffic but phoned and let us know. Great technology, not just a body who comes with a snake but ran a camera with it and made sure our drains were clear as possible. Highly recommended!

I decided (quite correctly) not to fool around with trying to fix a blocked up sewer. Phoned before 8 a.m., they were on site before 10 a.m. Cored out the blockage and billed my wife for exactly what they told me on the phone. Very reasonable and super nice service.

Wow! I have never seen so much junk come out of a drain in my entire life. Sewerheroes showed up the same day on the weekend and fixed my clogged drain. I tried to fix it myself and wrecked the stopper. So why not fix my stopper? Of coarse no problem. My sink did not drain. Now it drains faster than ever before. Or at least as fast as when it was installed new? Thank you so much. Highest recommendation ever!!

Sewer heroes saved the day for us!! Joey came within a day of calling him and was able to unclog our shower drain that was full of concrete from our new build. He work super hard to get it fixed for us, and did not stop until it was able to drain again. Excellent person to deal with, professional, and great at what he does. Amazing service. Joey took care of my washer not draining properly in minutes, and was great to talk to. He tested both my sinks as well while waiting for the washer to fill, and cleaned everything properly, even putting a plate beneath my sink to make sure the wood would not get damaged by drips from his work. As he was packing up I asked him about my bath tub not draining properly and he walked right over and started testing it. Within minutes (literally) he had it cleaned out like new and I don’t need to worry about my shower draining properly anymore! Amazing service. Would use sewer heroes without missing a heartbeat anytime I have a problem in the future! You should too!

Great service and good value for money spent for a clogged drain. Joey arrived in less than an hour, cleared the drain, and ran a camera from my property to the city drain clearing tree roots along the way. I was quoted nearly 3x the cost by a competitor. Highly recommended.

We were needing a plumber, and seeing the Sewerhero’s van parked by us, we took it as a sign and phoned right away.
